The service

NameProof places text on a product photo and creates PNG proofs in your browser for showing to customers. A proof is a flat visual mockup. It is not a machine-ready engraving file, and it is not to scale. Fonts come from the device you use, so check spelling, placement and font against your production setup before engraving.

Free use

One name and one PNG proof at a time is free, with no account, as often as you like.

Batch Pass

• Price: $9 USD, paid once through Square or PayPal. It does not renew.
• Includes: batch proofs from a pasted list or CSV/TSV file (up to 250 rows per batch), downloaded as a ZIP of individual PNG proofs plus a production CSV.
• Duration: 30 days from the payment, in the browser where you completed checkout. Clearing cookies or switching browsers or devices ends access on that browser.

Your content

You are responsible for having the right to use the photos and names you work with. They stay on your device.

Help

If your pass does not activate after a completed payment, return to NameProof in the same browser and choose Verify payment. For anything else, contact Ettix.
